Difference between augmented reality, virtual reality and mix reality

Augmented Reality is a technology that allows place virtual information in the real environment that “increases” the reality.

For example, we could point with our movile phone at the car we like at a dealer and see the information of its technical characteristics.

However, Virtual Reality is totally different, the environment on which we can use this technology is entirely virtual and interaction with the environment also depends on virtual elements.

Virtual reality glasses do not allow us to see the real environment that surrounds us, se we Will need to have a free space to use this technology.

Mixed Reality is a mix of these two realitys, for its use we Will need more advanced devices such as Magic Leep or HoloLens.

This technology allows us to integrate virtual elements with the real environment. For example, we can look at a car, the glasses would recognize the vehicle and could show us virtual information on top of it to interact with it.
