ARSOFT and STUDEC organized a webinar on the application of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality in the industrial sector. The event attracted professionals from various industrial sectors who were interested in learning about the advantages of integrating XR solutions into their companies' training programs.
Traditionally, industrial training has relied on complex printed manuals in paper or PDF format, whose study did not always guarantee understanding. To address this issue, present in many industrial companies, solutions based on technologies such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality have emerged for worker training. In this way, operators can learn to operate complex machinery in an interactive and hands-on environment, significantly reducing training times and increasing understanding of complex industrial processes without the need for traditional manuals.
All of this was discussed in the webinar "Revolutionizing Industry with Augmented and Virtual Reality." Examples of leading companies that are already successfully using XR solutions to improve their training programs were presented, highlighting sectors such as defense, energy, and automotive. Virtual and Augmented Reality technologies enable the creation of more dynamic, motivating, and effective learning environments, resulting in better-prepared and more engaged employees.
The collaboration between ARSOFT and STUDEC has been key in the development of the webinar.
STUDEC, recognized for its innovative approach to service engineering, consulting, and training, operates in Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and Morocco, helping to modernize companies in key industrial sectors.
ARSOFT, experts in developing Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality solutions, presented its EYEFLOW platform for content digitization, which allows companies to quickly and easily create VR simulators and AR manuals without the need for programming knowledge. EYEFLOW is already being used by major organizations such as the Army and Navantia to develop immersive and effective content for their staff training.
During this webinar, attendees were able to ask questions and share their experiences. It was demonstrated how Extended Reality technologies make industrial training more accessible, engaging, and efficient, facilitating the integration of new skills and knowledge in employees.
There is no doubt that Virtual and Augmented Reality are increasingly gaining importance and have become key tools for digital transformation in industrial training. Companies that implement these technologies reduce training costs, improve productivity, and ensure that their employees acquire the necessary skills more quickly and effectively.
